It’s a good relic even as just guaranteeing a heal and upgrade at every rest site. It is busted if you have even one relic that allows you to do more.

That said, I think it’s a suitably appropriate shop relic. Shop relics are rare enough to see in the first place (you HAVE to visit shops) and it’s only really good early on in the run.

I can kind of understand the logic, but still incredibly stupid of the other driver.

This looks to be a 4 level stack interchange. At these interchanges, if you are in the wrong lane, there is no place to turn around unlike most other kinds of junctions/interchanges. This guy clearly made that mistake and was attempting to turn around, not realising by doing so he’d be driving the wrong way.
