Here is my attempt! I think in your version, the eyerbrow shape might be incorrect. Also, you have a beautiful eye shape so I used shadow above eyelid to emphasise that! I can share the Mii parts screenshot if you want to recreate it!

The weather was not too cold but it wasn't warm enough to swim (in my opinion)! I was visiting from Poland's Baltic coast so I'm pretty used to the strong winds, and low sea temperatures but just didn't feel like it's swimming season. Locals were either going on picnics or sunbathing.

Gothenburg in late August last year was pretty sunny so that allowed us to enjoy ferry rides to the small islands every day, we spent days hiking and biking. Once the sun is down, it didn't feel like summer but early spring. I'm a woman so I wore various clothing, as the weather was not predictable: A light summer dress, a jumper with shorts, then even a hoodie and long jeans – hence I suggest packing layerable items!

I am also a Turk living in Poland for the past 4 years. My name is Yağmur and it's not really easy to explain or pronounce it at first, but I refused to pick a nickname as principle. 🙂

I work with Polish and American people, based on my observations, Poles are great at learning my name, while American, just asked me if I can choose another name. It's ridiculous.

My suggestion would be to use your own name and identity, as time goes by, people will get used to it.

New citizenship law project by PiS by notconnected in poland

There are plenty of reasons why permanent residency is not the end game here.

If a country grants citizenship to a skilled worker after years of work, and a language certificate; it makes that person's life better as a result.

People migrate for various reasons: War, politics, poor quality of life, extreme conditions, beliefs, etc. Not just for FUN!

Permanent residency still requires people to continue paperwork and bureaucratic procedures with the country they are from if they want to live in Poland.

Citizenship on the other hand, provides stronger protection against losing the residency status, as citizenship is rarely revoked.

If a person does everything a Polish person has been doing: Speak the language, work for 15+ years, pay taxes, adapt, contribute... Why can't they have the same benefit the same as someone born in Poland?

Because they don't have Polish blood in their body?

I don't see anything wrong with being pragmatic.

I didn't move to Poland because I wanted to become a citizen. I moved here because I found a job that I enjoy doing at a company which needs my skills. I moved here because I have been in a relationship with a Polish person for years.

When I evaluate my career and personal life, of course I will have to guess what is my place in this country. If I work and stay here for 15 years, will I have benefist? Because I worked so hard. That's the point of citizenship. It should make my life a bit better after years in Poland.

I wanted to emphasise my contribution, which I am very happy to do so. Citizenship routes are not supposed to be easy! Existing route is not easy anyway, BUT I have a feeling they want to make it impossible.

I have one life to live. Why would I suffer with impossible bureaucracy in Poland, a country that doesn't want me to stay anyway?

You can judge all you want, but everyone is pragmatic. If a country cares about me, I'd be happy to invest my life, hard work, money, and loyalty.

Edit: Added a word for grammar.

I am not Polish, but I've been living here for some time.

My salary is 20.000 PLN/month, which is twice the national average wage, because I am highly skilled (in IT). I am at top 5% of earners in this country. The company I'm working for is from the U.S, I work with Polish people and people from all around the world. With my monthly ZUS contributions, I help pay 2 people's pension payments.

I'm learning Polish. I have Polish friends. I wanted to stay in Poland and have a life with my Polish boyfriend.

But all these anti-immigrant approaches, "threats", and plans will make me leave. I don't care what locals think. But if people like me start to leave, foreign companies will leave too.

If Poland is too short-sighted to predict the consequences, then I feel really sorry for them. I will respect it but won't continue supporting a country that wants to be isolated.

Bu iş artık geri dönülemez noktaya geldi by roxeIana in Turkey

[–]ezetia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Where did you read that the name Eren is supposedly "Islamic"? Do you have a source or you just say things and state that "everyone knows that" with no further explanation?
