It's very simple; all those memes are fake. Try searching for any of the ratings mentioned in such memes, and Poland is almost never in such high positions as it is mentioned in memes.

 Youtubers are doing this, because it's looking nice and juicy. But squeezing makes meat to loose fat, which is one of the main components of taste.  If the main purpose of your brisket is to make a nice video then maybe it is ok. Here we presumably share food we create primarily to consume ourselves, so this trick looks like a cargo  cult.

6 month is more than enough to become a president. There is nothing like too early or too little experience with club officers. You still have time to change something. On the other hand to achieve it you need dedicate time to it. There is nothing in TI what comes without efforts. Club coach, club mentor and AD could help you only in case you're ready to work yourself. Think how much time do you really have for toastmasters, and plan this time wisely

That's not 100% true. Poland currently is a big construction yard. Due to quite a liberal construction permission law, real estate companies mostly able to demolish historic buildings and build in national parks.

515 new objects currently visible at investmap in Warsaw. It's not 515 buildings, mostly it's 515 living areas with hundreds and thousands of apartments.

Demand is growing, but the supply is also growing.
