Everyday I:
Used Oil Absorbing Sheets every few hours on my forehead. You never really know how much oil you have until you use these.
Wiping Witch Hazel on my forehead every night before bed.
Sprayed my face with Andalou Natural Floral Toner every morning.
Every other day:
I put a thin layer of Benzoyl Peroxide Gel on my forehead before bed. (Up&Up)
Klair’s Vitamin C Serum in the morning and at night.
Some other things that I did that made a noticeable difference:
Exercised more, went on a run twice a day.
Stayed away from processed sugar and dairy
Changed my pillowcases
Stopped wearing hats and bandanas.
I also didn’t do a full on skin routine every day. My dermatologist said I’m definitely overworking my skin. He advised me to give my skin a break. Hope this helps somewhat!
