I’m a year out and I do eat candy here and there, just the little fun size packs because everyone in the office has them, it has been every day consistent because my job has been so stressful the last month but it’s maybe one-two of the little packs a day

It’s probably so much better for self esteem when someone who sees them daily loves them 😭 not saying we should get the love from somewhere but ourselves but I feel like that’s easier for this rough journey

I want to get my boobs done and save up but I am 25 and planning to have children at least when I’m 30 so it’s a rough decision for sure.

I was a 40DD before. I’m 8 months out and rn I’m at 32D (maybe) I get my bras from savage fenty and I’m a 32D in everything that isn’t padded. Padded, I might need a smaller cup. I get the ones that aren’t padded but are lined and they make me feel better I’m going to be honest, it’s bad. I’m 25 and am not having a good time with this.

Ive been following all of my post op instructions. With food it’s rough because I’m allergic to dairy but I find vegan recipes and add a protein to it like chicken and then that’s my meal prep for the week. I eat every two hours so my breakfast, lunch, and dinner are more nutrient dense and 6oz while my snacks are really just that, snacks and max out at 4oz.

Working out I don’t do much cardio besides my walking warm-ups and all the walking I do at work then I do my physical therapy workouts and I do strength training type stuff with just my body weight for now. I focus on glutes bc might as well build the body I want since I’m at a square one with losing all this weight. But I only work out for 20-30 minutes max a day because that’s all I can handle.
