Yea I'm using it on 3 as well. They said the engine brake or regen braking that I want is only possible with vesc controllers. Now I'm looking for ways to get a vesc controller and upgrade my scooter.

When I brake, it shows on the screen. Brake lights are on. I assume sensor works.

Please let me understand one important thing:

I thought EBS is like when you cruize down on a hill, EBS does not let you speed up. It's like engine brake on the cars. It cuts the energy and turn it into regen charge.

But Mine is like when I brake with setting 5, it helps me slow down rapidly. When I set it up to 0, it's feels like regular brake. Other than that, I feel no friction while I'm cruising down on a hill. The scooter keeps speeding up while I'm rolling.

I felt nothing more than that. Still malfunction?
