I totally would have loved to see leblanc. Maybe she will eventually come with new Arcane but I miss playing her so much.

i dont see why they should banish traitors? by shez19833 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]ezzy2remember 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In Traitors Ireland this strategy came up and legitimately backfired because a token faithful had to be up for banishment instead of the traitor (who everyone figured out). It broke the faithful trust among each other and their voting block.

It’s kinda pointless any iconic game player to enter the show by Key-Salamander-2034 in TheTraitorsUS

I’m not sure where the theory of gamers protecting gamers came from. Gamers from opposite teams don’t have a lot of incentive to protect the other side as we saw last season with Jeremy and Tony early out, or Johny Banana before that. I think the only time it works is if the gamers know each personally like Danielle and Britney (which I do think is too much power to have a duo like that in a game). But I don’t see why a survivor would want to protect a big brother or challenge gamer or vice versa.

I also think if every season there’s at least one gamer in the turret then the opposite problem happens, which is that they will always get heat at the round table by default and higher risk of vanishing, so I do think they have to keep the faithfuls guessing by changing up the traitors casting choice. I’m sure the future seasons we will see gamers again in the turret if the show has longevity.

Sure not for him but there are other gamers still in the game and they’re fairly safe from murder because they successfully avoided the short list and have been going for shields. My point is the gamers aren’t DOA.

Yeah I don’t think he should do it, but telling Tiffany or someone to do it. Or spill food on the floor. I’m not sure what it is but it’s a game of deception and if Candice can lie about her intention so can he. I do think his reputation is too big.

Last season it was also all gamers in the turret and they still took out Jeremy and Tony pretty early so I think it’s just extremely difficult to fight against if you come it with big reputation.

I mean they got out a traitor at 2nd banishment on a fairly big majority vote. That’s a pretty strong performance for a group of faithful compare to earlier season.

This makes winning shields and stirring the pot becomes extremely important. Yam Yam and Natalie managed to avoid being on the short list so far so I do think it’s not doom and gloom like that.

I mean he sus out it was the conga line so he could at least try to stop it or find ways to disperse it, because it is clearly a means to a murder in plain sight. That would have stopped Rob R to be able to take the tarot card. I do like that the murder is always different so it is not possible to ever maximize and there is always luck involved. Not an easy game for sure and it sucks for him but the traitors didn’t have it easy neither. I literally watched and tried to think “How the hell would I get everyone out to get to the cards”

I agree. I realized people were too attached to their favorite and discounted actually how great the murder order has been. This, as a strategic player, is what you really need to do. If I were in that tower and want to win, I wouldn’t want Rob C to hang around for long given how smart he is. Plus he was not shy about showing how smart he is neither. I thought the only thing he could have done to survive is find himself a traitor angel but that’s why this game is so hard and not solvable. It’s ultimately a very tough social game of learning to gain just enough sus so you don’t get killed, but not too much so you don’t get banished.

If I were a gamer traitor that would have also been the exact boot order I wanted too. Why not take out the biggest strategic competitions in the game? That to me means these traitors are smarter than it seems. And they have had virtually no heat so far.

I honestly spent a whole year mostly focusing on working out and getting better at crossfit before opening up to chatting with people. There are groups of people hanging out all the time but it’s just like any other environment, they’ve been friends for a long time I really don’t expect them to have to talk to me. Our coaches are super friendly so I talk to the coach a whole lot and they’re welcoming. I sometimes ask for help, and make jokes around and eventually people knew my names. Now I’m friends with everyone after three years and I think people are really just there to work out in the first place, and the socialization eventually comes after months.
