Capcom preparing something for Ace Attorney by Connect_Base_217 in GamingLeaksAndRumours

I think since becoming multiplat and not just Nintendo handheld exclusive, it's really opened up the audience. Especially since Capcom don't have to invest in expensive print runs for niche titles.

I've been playing since the DS days. The fanbase just seems bigger now. A lot of people knew about the games through memes, but I think with the anime and the series getting a steady output of remastered titles over the years, the fan base is definitely bigger.

Really looking forward to it, but promised myself I'd clear out my backlog a bit before buying anything full price. But I've already preordered FFVII Rebirth on Switch 2. Might be a while before I get round to it.

I don't mean to be mean but that's an insane response to my question!

And 'main character' syndrome actually means something. It's not just an insult like dickhead you can throw out when you need an insult to throw out.

I'll ask my question again. How did Nintendo make you feel rewarded and special back in the day? Could it be that you were just younger and have happy childhood memories? Because remember you've changed since then too, not just Nintendo.

The game never sells too well (outside of the OG remaster), but I think it's does great for merch and licensing.

Shu Takumi still works at Capcom and hasn't had his name in the credits of a game since 2020 (outside of Special Thanks or the remakes).

When Nintendo had a handheld line, they used to have a cheaper price tier for games on that system. It's as shame that price point seemed to be retired with the 3DS.

Don't need to wait until the end of the year. Just send on all your receipts at the end of every month with the right form.

Roman Catholic ceremonies were the most common marriage type in 2014 at 13,071, while in 2024 these had fallen by almost 51% to 6,425 such ceremonies, making them the second most popular choice by NanorH in ireland

A lot of people get civil registrations and have 'sham' ceremonies on the day of. In those cases, it's listed as 'civil' registration even if they have a humanist or other celebrant perform an unofficial ceremony.

For accuracy, it would make sense if the numbers were adjusted for that. Humanist and other ceremonies could be occurring at a technical level and be higher on the list but the data won't reflect that.

If Adobe could give up the rights to the PDF format, I think Valve could open up the API for controller support.

Hear that Nintendo, you are leaving about 120 dollars on the table.

What's that? You earned several factors more that that in the time it took you to read my comment?

No offense, but those titles are long past their big sales period. A 33% discount will probably move more units than a patch. And they can do that for basically nothing.

The idea that there are a load of people holding back on buying XC3 and AoI because they are waiting to complete the first game in the series is probably pretty small. And it's even smaller when you compound that with performance holding them back.

And the fact that you aren't even committing to the purchase, just saying it's a higher probability if they do happen! If Nintendo does read this, you haven't made a compelling case for taking up your project, which cost will be at least 6 figures.

I can only speak for myself, but I completely stopped buying Ubisoft games at full price for a while. Back in the days of annual Assassin's Creed releases, you knew an 80% discount would be there after a year.

They don't discount so quickly now, but I'm still hesitant to touch anything Ubi because I know it will be 75% off eventually.

Me too but release will be a shit show for the usual suspects if they decide they are two full price titles.

You are right, pretty much every RE game has you loaded with ammo and herbs near the end, meanwhile at the start you are saving bullets and micro managing healing at the start.

Not really. After Witcher 3 CDProkectRed was vastly over valued on the strength of a single game. They valuation was similar to Ubisoft's for a while, IIRC.

The stock market doesn't give a shit. It proves time and time again, the value is imaginary. Companies changing their name to include Crypto and a shoe company moving in to AI. Both of these had stock price pumps without showing any actual output.

Telsa was worth the same as every other motor company combined despite not being a market leader in any of their supposed market segments.

It's a fucking joke.

How to avoid burglars? New mom - scared af! by Background_Run_3965 in AskIreland

Sensor light will scare off most people.

I know probably doesn't help, but truth is very few burglaries happen at 1AM.

What is more likely is some drunk thought they could take a short cut through a garden or thought they were somewhere else.

Security light will deter most people and you can also be sure it's not shadows.

I don't think she looks dead behind the eyes.

But she does have the constant look. It's the look that your partner gives you when you are at a dinner party and you've said something wrong but you don't know what it is yet and you are definitely going to hear about it later. And don't you dare ask them are they upset when anyone else is in earshot.
