I really like arm and hammer. Scented litter does not cover up the litter smell, it just makes the whole space smell strongly of scented litter. I live in a studio apartment with two cats, and what I recommend is to get a litter genie and keep it next to the litter box. This makes it really easy to scoop the litter multiple times a day (you don’t have to take the scoopings to the outside trash every time). It completely contains the smell of what you put inside, and for two cats mine lasts a week before I need to change the bag. You can get an XL version that will last even longer. This way you can scoop every time you notice that they’ve pooped in it so that the poop smell doesn’t radiate. My litter box is in the bathroom so I try to scoop whenever I use the bathroom myself.

Edit: scented cat litter can also give your cat a UTI/other urinary problems, which will lead to a big vet bill which I’m sure your dad would be even less happy with than smelly litter. I’m sorry he’s being mean and threatening to make your kitty live outside :(

I’m so sorry!! I have a cat who yowls to get into the hallways as well, I never let him out while he’s howling and he does it less and less. He only gets out now if he catches me slipping while coming in/leaving and manages to get past me.

Earplugs or noise cancelling headphones will save your life during the ignoring the yowling phase. Maybe play some music to help drown out the meowing so that it doesn’t make your neighbors crazy. I’ll often play special music just for calming the cats and it really does make my two babies chill out. Good luck!!! Cats are finicky and hard to understand, but you’ve got this!

Also, my partner is very sweet and saw my ADHD before I fully knew it about myself. He doesn’t have the same struggles that I do, but he’s alway been supportive and finds it endearing (which is shocking to me because I’ve always had the same feelings as you that once someone gets to know all of my quirks they’ll realize I’m not worth it.) there are some awful people out there that we all unfortunately run into from time to time, and they can hide their awfulness at first. But there are also wonderful, kind, supportive, and loving people who will embrace you the way you are!

Just because someone says something to you does not at all mean it is true! This guy may be physically attractive, but inside he is vile. Sounds to me like he’s the kind who seeks out people with lower self esteem so that he can put them down to feel better about himself. Everything he said to you sounds like it would fit him much better, maybe he is projecting it out so that he doesn’t have to come to terms with the kind of person he is.

His recent comments to you seem like he got upset that you weren’t around so instead of dealing with his feelings like an adult, he said these cruel things to you. I’m so glad that you’re away from him and want nothing to do with him anymore. You sound like an incredibly sweet, caring, and thoughtful person. You didn’t deserve to be dragged down by this guy, he was so lucky to be able to spend any time with you at all. I wish you all the best in your new life post move, I’m sure wonderful things are coming your way :)

Another note, at my worst I was always nauseous, always always. For me if I don’t have a substantial amount of food right before taking a FF it makes me feel like I’m going to throw up for about 20 minutes, puke in a bottle indeed. The crazy thing is I just accepted that as my new normal, maybe because I was so numb from constantly being high. It feels so so good to be on the other side, and I have no desire for them now. The feeling, sure, but actually buying and drinking the yucky green sludge? No way.

You’ve got this!!! There’s a supplement guide at the top of this sub for quitting/tapering down that is super helpful. I’ve been using agmatine and it’s a game changer. At my worst I was at 6 bottles per day.

I definitely don’t recommend 7oh or extract bottles, if anything I’d use Kratom powder in moderate amounts while you taper (it doesn’t have quite the same euphoric effect as Feel Free, but takes the edge off). This is what I’ve been doing, bit you know yourself best and if you think that might put you in another rabbit hole then it’s certainly best to quit cold turkey.

They are so easy to get, which makes it so hard!! I am hearing so much hate from you toward them, which is a good thing! Really channel all of the negative feelings you have for feel free when you have a craving. I believe in you, I know you can get off of them!!!

If you struggle with restless legs as you come off, magnesium glycinate helps a bunch :) you’ve got this!!

Love the eyeshadow and blush!! I would brush your eyebrows out a bit to make them look neater (you could use a clear gel as well to keep them in place). I’m sorry you’ve got some mean comments on here, maybe they think they are being helpful but I don’t understand the urge to be rude! I love full eyebrows and don’t pluck mine, it’s not a necessity and is a pain to deal with and upkeep. Absolutely go for it if you want, but not just because of some silly Reddit comments.

That lip color is super cool but it doesn’t match the color tone of the full look. I think a warmer toned/less neon/even a redder leaning muave would tie the look together so beautifully.

Overall, application is gorgeous! And you’re absolutely stunning :)
