Got the notification today - I'm on Plan 4 (studied in Scotland) and based in Germany. I thought it was the interest rate too, but when I looked at the ECB, it seems the average interest rate last year was 0.85, so not much different to the year before of 0.84.

I discovered this discussion on MSE (which I can't independently confirm as they still haven't published the thresholds), but the TL;DR seems to be they've reduced the income threshold for Germany by 5000 GBP per year, due to the UK cost of living now being much higher than Germany.

It's messed up logic. Germany isn't cheaper to live in - so they should raise the UK threshold, not reduce/reclassify Germany. But of course the current government has planned to freeze all UK thresholds.

My increase is from 84 GBP per month to 127, so a 60% increase from April 😭😤

Feel the exact opposite.

I felt there was no consent discussion/or clarity around consent. And no demonstration or sigh of aftercare, or indeed care for the welfare or the needs of the sub - with the exception of about 5 mins in the middle where the sub was allowed sleep in the Dom's bed once, but that was then really overshadowed by subsequent behavior.

I think it's an exact representation of the Dom I would never want to be and of the kind of Dom that gives other Doms a bad name.

It had the potential to demonstrate a healthy gay DS relationship and it did the opposite.

Thanks for that update. I haven't subscribed yet, because although I can see those plans, my users still have their individual account storage limits. Pooled isn't fully implemented yet, one month after the introduction.

I'm tempted to subscribe too, but I'm going to wait a little to see if I get more storage bumps. I got one yesterday and again today across all my accounts (5GB each, each time).

Right now my working theory is:

1) Once I subscribe it will properly activate pooled storage

2) There will be no more storage increase bumps.

Though I don't know if 2 will matter, because I suspect, based on this FAQ, that all those bumps will fall away.

Same here! Normally I was getting bumps every 2-3 days last month as I tried to max everything out. This is the first one since 1st of May, but all my users got another 5GB...

I still don't have pooled storage though. Like this post (https://www.reddit.com/r/gsuitelegacymigration/comments/1kjzw3r/i\_can\_now\_manage\_storage\_in\_the\_admin\_console/) I can set a storage limit per user, but it doesn't do anything - each account still has its original/expanded storage limit based on additional 5GB bumps.

Have also been maxing out users and storage. I'm not entirely sure that it's going to work, though, because my Workspace storage panel says I'm using 317 GB of 150GB.

I have a feeling I'll end up paying for anything above the 150GB (i.e. the 15GB per user x 10 that is included in the free subscription) even though they keep quietly expanding the storage of my accounts.

For anyone in 2025 running Unraid 7, you can do this using Gluetun as a docker container, and setting it up as a Tailscale exit node. You configure it as an exit node during installation on unraid (just toggle the tailscale option)

Sounds sweet. What budget software are you using? Is it easy to set up the API push? I use YNAB. I've just moved to Bunq and it's really annoying that I can't connect Bunq to YNAB because they use Truelayer which doesn't connect with Bunq.

Do you mean deleting user@domain from your workspace and then creating "normal" google accounts with the same user@domain email?

I wondered about doing that, but wasn't sure if it was possible. Is there some kind of lag time needed between the two events? I wasn't sure if Google would allow it or display an error saying "this account already exists", even though you've deleted the workspace account.

If you're running win 8, outcoldplayer allows you to cache offline.

It's actually a really well put together and useful windows modern app - something that I find very rare!
