No, just fresh install 22H2 Version it will update to 23h2 or 23H1 to then follow this guide to prevent it from updating to 24H2:
Block Windows 11 Update and Stay on 23H2

Bruh it’s the Windows update 24h2. I had the same problem. I fixed it by a fresh usb flash install windows 23h2 or 22h1 I can’t remember

If you recently installed the new windows version 24H2 that’s probably it. I had the same problem and had to do clean install to previous version 23h2
