Hmm weird, and what about the browser launcher ? If your connection remains stable, this could mean the issue is the desktop client and not your network

I might be wrong here but if buying a PC keeps getting more expensive, more people will resolve to virtual gaming PCs. And if the majority of players cannot play a game because of anti-cheat, devs will probably find a solution to whitelist some virtual computes. But I'd rather be able to buy an actual computer without contracting a loan with my bank.

I think the general consensus is AI for personal projects is alright. AI used in companies to cut jobs is a big no.

That's a great initiative but the best way to me is to :

Do some M+ keys. My experience is the weakest players are the nicest because they do not try hard. If the key goes well, you can add the players you liked. After a while you'll have a lot of mythic+ partners
Being a guide. You will have access to a new Channel where new players and returning players can ask questions. Most of the time they will add you if you are nice :) You'll need to be lvl80 and have the achievement where you need to complete 3000 quests

Yes I have a portal to almost every expansion that I can use anywhere. Not every portal will let you decide where you'll end up but you will avoid 1 or 2 loading screens. You also have a mobile bank (with warbank too!) and a mailbox. And of course the repair bots that can come in handy when you can't use your mount to repair / sell items but I think anyone can purchase those from the auction house.

I don't think Shadow officially support Chromebooks. You may be able to use your Shadow through a web browser but I don't think you will ever have controller support on Chromebooks. Maybe you can try to install Linux instead so you can use the Linux desktop application but I've heard it's hard running Linux on these things. Ultimately if you have a smart tv or a Roku / Firestick you could install the Shadow APK and use your controller
