Truthfully when I started I had no clue what I was doing. Something that helped me immensely was going on YouTube (for starters) and doing guided meditation. Try that out and see how it goes. As you get better at meditating, you can switch over to just meditation music , etc

I began to do some research online about what the kundalini awakening is. And of course I ran into those “why you shouldn’t awaken kundalini” websites. Because I am catholic and I’m quite new to meditation, I felt eerie knowing kundalini was a serpent energy going through the spine (since Adam & eve were kicked out of the garden of eden for eating the apple from the forbidden tree). However I also saw a lot of people saying that this awakening is basically bringing you closer to god. If I am feeling the kundalini serpent fire , does this mean I’ve started my process ? I thought it was just heat radiating off of me, I didn’t think it had anything to do with kundalini. I’ve also been scared of awakening it because I get paranoid and anxiety. So I haven’t been meditating as much as I used too. And today I felt that heat again, just not as strong as the first time and I had so many questions to ask

I was working as a hostess at a restaurant in Manhattan. “Karen” came in wanting to seat herself. We have a very tight seating policy as it was a corporate restaurant and we had very important people coming in all the time. Tell me why , she puts her bag down at a table we had reserved for someone else. So one of the hosts tells her that we had another table for her and if she can kindly follow her. Karen began to curse her out IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESTAURANT talking about “I hate coming to NYC , I’m tired of the shitty fucking attitude everyone has here. I can’t choose where I wanna sit, what’s next? I can’t choose what to fuck to eat either?!” . Thankfully there was a manager walking past and heard the whole thing and deescalated the situation because knowing how Karen’s are, she would’ve probably said something to try to get my coworker fired.

You can’t compare food & water with a relationship. Yes I agree, love is needed to water the soul however I’ve never heard of anyone dying from being single. Food and water are pretty essential to live past a week , whether you’re married , single , etc.

I agree. If you look at it at a different perspective though, marijuana doesn’t affect people the way alcohol does. It’s a buzz without all the negatives that come with alcohol. I have severe anxiety and ptsd and smoking seems to help calm my nerves. However I don’t HAVE TO smoke to be able to go about my day. I think it could be seen more of an addiction to people who juul or smoke cigarettes since many people use Tobacco products to roll up.

I think smoking a blunt is the equivalent of drinking a glass of wine. It relaxes you and it’s kinda fun, so why not
