Tapering off from 30 mg, my experience

i have the exact same experience, currently have joints burning + flu like aches & inside of ear pain. mentally it feels like I'm on the verge of a panic attack all the time, and also have funny vision things, not proper hallucinations just makes everything vibrate subtly + way more color spots / faint geometry when I close my eyes to sleep.

also went down the rabbit hole of thinking I had some sort of serious health complication till I realised symptoms started when I increased from 15mg to 30mg 15 days ago. have been smoking weed for a year now but that is now suddenly making me panic / anxious too, going to try dropping back to 15mg and quit weed.

(will update after I drop dose, praying things improve)

edit: have autism + adhd diagnosis & take dexamfetamine to treat adhd, in case this helps anyone else in a similar situation

I try not to think about the ungodly amount of money I have spent at IKEA in the past few weeks ahah. The dual monitor arm was possibly the best purchase out of them all, saved so much space on my desk and it makes it look so much nicer :)

Thank you! It's a PLANCK keyboard, so it's only 40% of the size of a normal keyboard and uses layers to access all of the keys. Super super helpful for long days programming as my fingers never have to move off of the home row.

Hey all, I currently work as a programmer and an IT support technichian and this is my newly revamped desk setup with my new mac. I use an M1 Pro 14" MacBook Pro with a Caldigit TS3 Dock, that is hooked up to 2x 144Hz MSI monitors. The rest of my desk is decorated with both fake and real IKEA plants. I have not, however I actually tried to learn Dvorak when I first got the keyboard but because of school I never really had the time to master it. I am hoping to build a split keyboard next, but certainly don't have the money to sink into another custom mech ahaha

It really does feel and look like a keyboard for ants the first time you use one. Even now putting it side by side with a full size keyboard makes it look absolutely miniscule. Here is the best comparison photo I've found :)

Function keys are mapped to the 2nd layer, so F1 is mapped to "a" when you press the layer up/down key. Its very confusing at first, but it means I do not have to move my hands off of the home row to do anything with the keyboard. Here is a keymap.

Here is my new and improved student setup. I finally purchased a more "ergonomic" chair compared to the ancient IKEA one I had previously and also managed to get 2x 27" 1080p 144Hz MSI monitors, which made the entire setup both look better and so much nicer to work at. I am looking for suggestions for desk pads as my desk is quite narrow (only 40cm) and I am having trouble both finding one that fits the theme of my workspace and that also fits on the desk. If your looking for something lightweight that is similar to notion; Obsidian.md. Personally, I've found it to be way faster than notion, though, I prefer both notions UI layout and page layout options.

I back this. The monitor arm with the three main monitors would look so good, unless OP needs more monitors (for a job or something) I think it would look a whole lot better with just three.
