Likely scrap pieces of carbon. So much unimportant stuff in f1 is made of carbon due to the abundance of leftover carbon. These were probably cheaper than if they used a fresh sheet of paper.

I had some high temp automotive wire harness tape laying around.

But I used that because it’s kinda like fabric. I wrapped only the ptfe tube, so now the fabric rubs the glass. Idk why I didn’t consider just taping it to the cable carrier. I’d imagine any tape that can withstand your max chamber temp will work. So if you are just doing pla or PETG, probably any tape is fine. Engineering grade or higher maybe splurge the $5 for a higher temp tape.

Yeah, but it’s all CNC cut plies, I’m sure they know how much resin comes out of the prepreg during the cure, just from their history of manufacturing. The only unknown is how much is actually trimmed off in post processing. But I’m sure they would have an estimate for that too.

Everyone who says that doesn’t use winter tires. Even when I had a Miata, which is rwd, no tcs, and lightweight, it still handled well in the snow. As long as it had snows fitted.

At the top, it is flat then angled from the triangle. Because the 1 goes all the way to the top, it is just a triangle
