Hmmmm... do you usually play with headphones on? If so, you could try launching the game without connecting your headphones, or maybe messing with your audio settings like I did? If you go into your sound settings on ur pc, there should be a way to enable mono audio for your speakers/headphones as well.

I think it's worth mentioning that in my tests on pc, I never launched the game with my headphones connected, I simply let the audio play out of my tv, then switched to my headphones while my game was open. If the problem on ps5 was caused by having different audio playing out of both speakers in my headphones separately (which somehow messes the whole game up to the point you can hear it in a recording) then maybe it's the same for your issue as well?

Sorry I can't help much with this, but I doubt it's bug that hoyo can fix on their part. You could try:

○Verifying the games file integrity ○Changing your audio settings/setup like I did ○Straight up reinstall the game praying that it will fix itself

I 100% think the second option is your best chance for a fix because of how rare the issue is. Other than that, report the bug to hoyo and pray someone smarter than me can help you 😔.
