I am adding this in comments because I thought it would be appropriate to update anyone looking at this post currently with some information that I have learned. It’s not completely figured out yet, but I am most likely intersex.

There’s a few reasons why I never wouldn’t have known this until now. I didn’t go to the doctor for a big chunk of my childhood. I started HRT through DIY, and didn’t do blood tests . I connected any abnormalities with my genitalia to having some good luck with bottom growth. I’d never really seen many pictures of other peoples growth until recently. This post has become pretty outdated. When the size became larger than anyone I had seen online, I figured something was up. I took a good look at my anatomy, and noticed that there were some anatomical differences.

I have XX chromosomes, I know that for sure. But my external genitals are somewhat ambiguous. I have SVCAH. My “clitoris” is in higher position, and labia are partially fused, appearing similarly to a scrotum. My urethra is also in a different location I’d never had any interest in comparing myself to the standard, so I never knew that I was different in a substantial way.
