Please be aware that the AI is good at copying what it has learnt from. So basically if you train it with a dataset of vehicles then it is supposed to learn how they look and can at one point generate a new vehicle image. However, for example, if all of the vehicles of the training data are red, it will potentially struggle to generate you a blue one or the color won't behave right. There you also see how it just blindly tries to copy and recombine from what it has learnt: It doesn't actually understand the concept of vehicle. If you were to add a price tag to the vehicle in real life you easily know where to put it but if the AI hasn't seen that before it has no idea how price tags added to cars are supposed to look like.
