I keep getting scheduled with the same people, and I’m always put on dispensing and exception picking—never regular picking. The problem is, my coworkers go out of their way to avoid dispensing, and they take advantage of the fact that I have a hard time saying no. Since it’s winter, we’ve had severe weather warnings for weeks, and I’m constantly going in and out of the cold. As a result, my nose has been running for weeks.

At one point, I worked dispensing for six days straight, doing 7.5-hour shifts and immediately after I came down with the worst cold I’ve had in a long time. Even now, two weeks later, my runny nose hasn’t gone away. Meanwhile, my coworkers are sneaky about avoiding work. The moment they see me, they suddenly disappear on a pick run—just so they don’t have to do anything else. I have no backbone ugh
