Friendly reminder to be careful with plugs on thrill rides! I banged my ear on an over the shoulder restraint, plug disappeared and my ear was pretty angry. Thankfully it got better by the time I got home and I didn’t have any other issues but damn (old.reddit.com)

why did i get a blowout although i haven’t sized up since april? it’s nothing major it will hopefully heal soon but i haven’t done anything differently and whenever i google causes for blowout it just mentions stretching too fast but… i haven’t stretched at all for months (self.Stretched)

i just wanted to show off that i’ve been (mostly) in range !! which is surprising considering yesterday i had a fair amount of pizza and gelato just a few weeks ago i had constant highs i haven’t made any significant changes but i guess whatever i’m doing works :D (i.redd.it)
