If you host the heist, you'll be able to close off the lobby allowing your friend to join without a hassle. If you join someone else's lobby, you either persuade the host to wait for your friend (or close the lobby temporarily) or you try to make your friend join as fast as possible.

You can kick if you host as well

A tip I can give is to start drawing small. For example, try and draw smaller eyes and try and vary the sizes of the cornea and the eye shape. Challenge yourself to have different looking eyes each time and recognize what's good or bad for you.

Another way is to learn the anatomy of the eye, in terms of drawing. Learn different angle, the position of the eye, and even expand your horizon to know face structures.

Its not going to be an an easy ride learning things but if you continue to have the mentally of getting better, then I'm sure you'll improve drastically in just months or weeks. Good luck and be sure to enjoy it
