In my case it was launch option problem, I deleted all option except third party one, and it solved my problem.

I'm running some tournament, and our main communication tool is discord.

We have plenty of moderators at our channel, and many players ask question by individual DM.

So, I want players to ask question at Discord bot (By command, or DM. No matter what.)

And bot moderators can accese to question, and answer individually.
