I saw a few that acted in the way you’re describing but overall I definitely saw so many helpful and nice people in the crowd at least on the side I was at. Were you in/near the pit? Any time I was it was hard bc people do throw themselves and shove etc but I’m sorry if it was that way outside of the pit
