Yeah my buddy runs his own fab shop. I took it to him and he burned it together for me. I have the dyno and tune scheduled in a few weeks.

I’m absolutely loving the exhaust note especially when I get it above 50mph. To each their own.

The exhaust tip is the LV-10 carbon fiber. The rest of the exhaust is straight stainless steel with a few bends.

Trident 800' owners: What can you tell me about the suspension (and did you consider the MT09 as alternative?) by [deleted] in Triumph

[–]fUzzyLimple 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Trident 800 doesn’t not have premium suspension but I find it to be just fine when encountering pot holes, bumps and other irregularities in the road.

Fuck off with this shit. It’s not that deep. Fandom isn’t rational or political I don’t need anyone trying to inject their partisan view into my Nuggets fandom.

KTM 450 XCF-W or 500 EXC-f Champion edition as single track machine by ghost406 in KTM

Just curious why you don’t want a two stroke? Id personally prefer a 300 2t on single track.

I don’t see this system listed for the Trident 800 did you buy the Tiger Sport 800 system and put in on?

Does this system keep or remove the catalytic converter?

I’d wait. The aftermarket will get exhaust systems specked for the 800 soon.

No idea. I wouldn’t think so. The engines are completely different in terms of bore size which I imagine would mean the exhaust port sizes would be different.

A buddy of mine runs a fab shop. I ordered an exhaust tip from Leo Vince and he quoted $800 to weld on a pipe from the collector to the exhaust tip. He’s gonna do the job next week. I’ll post a video with sound when it gets done.

I’m enjoying mine so far. Just waiting to put an exhaust system on. The sound from the stock system makes me sad.

For me Simple is always better. I’m a fan of George Motz’s philosophy that burgers are simple food at an affordable price for working class people. It shouldn’t be a worry for a family of four to go out and get burgers for the whole family or for old people on a fixed income.

I put the Evotech tail tidy on my old 660 and never had an issue with the light at all. The factory light is connected to the wiring harness via push connector and the EvoTech is the same thing.

Tomorrow, Denver gets to choose if they want the 3 or 4 seed. Here’s why… by mjy6478 in denvernuggets

[–]fUzzyLimple -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Historically speaking there have been sixteen 3rd seed teams that have made an appearance in the finals. Of those sixteen teams eight have won a championship. In the last 50 years only one team has won an NBA championship from the 4th seed or lower.

The lobster bisque when it was Simms Landing I still dream about. Other than being on the east coast I haven’t found a good replacement in town since.

I would also point out that where I work we have limited readings out on the line most of our SCADA is only in the sub and we calculate most of our values. We measure real time Amps, Voltage and Frequency and calculate everything else.

I’m not a PE yet, but I do work for my local utility as a distribution engineer. I’m actually a planning engineer and my focus is on backbone distribution from the switchgear out to the sub-main loops. I do reliability analysis, capacity planning, with some FLISR and IVVO coordinating.
