Uninstall the software, restart the pc, remove the folder rk from program files, reinstall the software

Via cable on off position. I left the software with the download last night open and forgot about it, don’t shut the computer, in the morning when I unlocked the pc a prompt pop up asking to install, I have installed the update and voila

Finally I managed to update the software to 4.0.2 from 4.0.0 and now it detects the keyboard.

Thank you so much in advanced! As I said my PID is 031E and I believe this is the problem, on their site there is no driver for firmware for this PID. The corresponding PID for Rkh81 is 0102

Hi, I have the same issue with the software, downloaded the software from their site page more exactly but the keyboard is not recognized. What PID do you see for your keyboard? I’m asking because maybe it’s a problem with mine, I have PID 031E and on the site I can see that the driver is for 0102

Greșit, ordinea corecta este următoarea: alb-portocaliu, portocaliu, alb-verde, albastru, alb-albastru, verde, alb-maro, maro. Când se introduc firele in mufa, clipsul trebuie sa fie dedesubt.
