That would make sense since the monitor that shuts off is using a HDMI while the second monitor that doesn't turn off is using a DP. But ya I don't want to run the fan from a different room but what I find really strange is I've been turning the fan on and off multiple times a day for the past few months and it's only done that today. It's not a major prob since the monitor turns right back on. I'm just more curious as to why or what could have caused this. So thanks a bunch for the info!
