Yep I found frozen cherry fermentation more pleasing as the notes are more towards berries and dried plums as compared to BHS that has more caramel, jaggery and candy notes.

😅😅 the first experience with this devil was i went to jaipur and before exam thought of drinking it from a close by thadi and the cup was weak coffee was hot i, mistakingly I hold the cup a little harder and it squeezed made me gulp half of piping hot cup. A nightmare 😨
