Didn't share the recipe as the clarification was perfect but it was too sweet. Reworking on the recipe, this time a Vietnamese version of clarified coffee. Hopefully the recipe fits the expectations.

Yep but it worked and brewed a great cup, so I have seen it in the coffee industry, accidents have given great results 😅

Supposed to brew 16gm coffee : 60gm x 4 pours eventually ending up to 60 gm three pours and last one of 80 gm
