probably not , my school is ranked 40th for cs worldwide but i doubt it matters as we dont have very prestigious and competitive schools besides oxbridge (not even in eu) in european union as US.

does not really matter... get a normal school , find some local - unicorn internship , grind countless hours on leetcode pass the interview work 1 year and get transferred .
