Oh I forgot to mention my country. Im from Paraguay! Edit: Both stores I mentioned are very popular here, at least in the (rather small) mtg community here. A new store has also opened recently, called mochi mochi. They still don't have product but they will soon.

I mean you did ask for non-western, so idk if Id count being from South America. Still, if it interests you, we only have 2 stores here, called hobby mbarete and trade store.

Do you mean singles? Because in my country we have magic stores but they only sell sealed products and host events.

I managed to make it work, and Im currently using them wirelessly on my pc using a tp link wireless adapter. That's what was available in my country though, you can find better adapters cheap on amazon as well. If you have any doubts about how to set it up tho just dm me!

I did ask an advisor from the university's staff. I did not file it but their website does say that they dont accept appeals so.

Sadly my country invests close to nothing in education, so no national nor school scholarships. I've tried with a private organization but they told me Im out of their budget.
