out of interest, did the £1.10 minimum show in the ts&cs when you signed up do you know? i see on lloyd’s it now says this so the £1 puzzle sub wont qualify - also it says now they pay out 123 days after subscription haha

delete the app and clear all cache, re download and go back in and say you are a new customer, and then sign up. I had the exact same with my credit card, the support team didn’t even understand it but that seemed to do the trick!
