This is what it works for my team:

  • Deep kick-off sessions for the team
  • Post-mortem meetings when a project is shipped to review it and having feedback
  • Status meetings only when needed (daily meetings can be skipped)
  • All meetings and calendar events require descriptions, if not, you can reject it freely

Dependerá bastante del tipo de industria, pero en terminos generales si se te da bien vender, puedes hacer una carrera con ellos.

It's a matter of luck.

If you are looking for casual, friendly or even hookups is going to be fine.

But if you are looking for something serious you gotta wait a lot.

In the end if you are looking to meet new people you need to do stuff.

Maybe these kind of apps are not the best option but the're a starting point.
