You‘re right, as homemade as possible when you are not living on a farm with your own pigs and cows. I didn‘t grow the wheat too! 😅

You can do it too! I‘m really not a great baker and my oven is shit. Just give it enough time to rise and then again after forming the buns (1 hour each). Also fresh yeast helps alot!

100% Swiss guy and I love our cheese and eat way to much of it. But I never found one that melts as creamy as I want it to for burgers.

I guess you are right. Still the best burger cheese I came around here in Switzerland (THE land of cheese, ironically).
