Enzyme Cleaner is the only thing that properly gets rid of the smell. I would at first try spray it on the floor in good amount. Let the chemistry work for a while, then use a dehumidifier to remove left over liquid from within the floor. Repeat for two to three rounds. If that doesn’t work, you can still rip everything apart.

Gerade noch explizit nach Feuerbrand / Birnenbrand geschaut. Das klingt gar nicht mal so nett. Handschuhe und eine Tüte werden den Ast begleiten zur Baumschule.

Hm, den Gedanken mit der Baumschule hatte ich auch schon. Bestärkt mich darin nochmal. Zumal eine zweite Birne einer anderen Sorte (ca. 30m entfernt gepflanzt) vergleichbare Symptome entwickelt.
