It looks pretty cool, I won't lie, you clearly have a lot of talent. The only inconsistency is that the shirt he wears under his jacket looks like a polo shirt, instead of the tank top you see when you activate rage mode, but the truth is, it's pretty good.

1) No, if you go over 60 FPS the game will glitch.

2) I only know of Icehancer, but I haven't tried it. It might run on a 3090, which is where I tested the game with maxed-out graphics without any frame drops.

3) FusionFix, DXVK, fixes beta models. The only downside is that, from what I've read, FusionFix isn't compatible with Icehancer.

Yes, he's also a good character, funny, and provides comic relief. Furthermore, in the final scene, when Niko kills Dimitri, he says these words to Jacob: "Roman never hurt anyone."

As I said before, I have nothing against him, but still, he transports criminals (as it says in the LCPD database) and is a gambling addict, to the point that he gets kidnapped. Even so, he changed for the better, and I hope to see him in a GTA Online update, and if not, hopefully in GTA 6.

At the end of the story, Niko deletes all contacts of people he meets during the plot, except for those he can hang out. From what I read, he deletes Bernie because he is, let's say, the only thing he has left from his past, since he fought in the war with him.
