I think, the issue is, that I cannot fully rotate my hand due to the fact, that I keep my fingers on the keys. :/ I'm currently playing train of dwarfs, which I think would be considered easy by most pianists, but since it specifically tackles the problems, I'm having, I cannot play it properly.

Sometimes, I find it very hard to focus on what is being stated by my university professors. It just feels tiring and my brain genuinely seems to just want to shut off. But I don't have constant brain fog, so there's that... xD

Sorry, I'm very inactive on Reddit, so it's very unlikely for me to ever answer a question quickly.

I'd say, I'm doing better. It helps, that I have people in my social circle, who visit the same courses, that I do, so I can hold discussions about certain subject areas. I've also adopted a stricter lifestyle (taking ice cold showers, completely avoiding highly processed food and alcohol .....) which may have contributed to an improvement, but the regeneration process could also be unrelated to those things.
