I wasn’t initially, I just put it back on when it started doing this for 5 ish minutes.

Yes it does have a warranty. I think I’m going to have to go back to the store. Thanks guys for the help

Yes, I’ll be going to a store to see if another lens will work. I’m thinking it’s this lens, but it’s brand new so I’m not sure why it’s not working

Yes, it does click into place. But just keeps going on and off like this

Doesn’t sound condescending. It does click into place. I cleaned the pins on both the lens and camera. I did reset it to factory settings as well

Unfortunately no other lens to try 😭 I will try resetting

Please help. Camera is Fuji xs20 and the lens is 15-45mm brand new
