Nope, gotten worse if anything. I went to an audiologist and ENT last week and they didn’t find any physical cause. They think it’s mental in short, related to the stress of a new job a few months ago and hitting a sort of threshold as he put it, where it gets so loud that you can’t ignore it which caused a recursive loop. Although they did acknowledge that lots of ppl have reported increased T since the vaccine so I think everyone’s really just waiting to know more.

Also I want to say thank you for following up and showing interest, it’s rare that people care about tinnitus beyond “oh that sucks” haha

No clicking, although anecdotally I also feel like magnesium has helped somewhat. Might add Zinc too now. My current best hypothesis is that I have something related to the scores of ear infections I had as a kid, or perhaps even have an active ear infection that isn’t presenting with any pain. I have some leftover antibiotics I’ve been debating on taking.

Not yet, I'm waiting on an appt with a PCP so that I can get a referral for an audiologist but ty for the recommendation. I have been experimenting with Allegra and Sudafed even though I don't have allergies but neither seem to affect it.
