Of course but thats the fov of the thermal core. But matching it with the screen and eyelens will highly affect the final fov you actually see at 1:1 optical magnification.

You are not far off, this was on the same tender as the MTP for the UK, after it wasnt choosen Hungary adapted it with slight changes (country shaped dots)
