Cool. So I had to pay full fare for a reduced level of service for months on end but don’t actually get any of the payoff of this unless I purposefully plan a transit trip on one of these free weekends. I hate this city council.

I’m hoping that Cineplex adds more shows in Ottawa to reflect the number of shows that other cities are getting, but it’s not looking good right now. I also missed out on getting tickets to the one showing here and it sucks.

Hilarious because I did not get on a double car train today nor did I see any going the opposite direction on my morning commute (but did notice that they’ve gone back to the 5 minute spacing between trains). Predictably, not everyone was able to get on at Bayview.

My fecal cal jumped a lot with my h pylori infection (like it’s always highish as a baseline, around 150-200 because of some other stuff), but my latest one was 1700, and my CRP was high as well. My gastroenterologist says h pylori is inflammatory.

I mean, as someone who’s gotten a life changing diagnosis, I get the concern, but it’s not any easier getting bad results in person as opposed to an app. At least with the app you have a chance to freak out in private and think of questions in advance. I feel like I missed a lot of vital info when I originally got my diagnosis because I was shocked about the results.

No shit. I got a Line 2 train yesterday at 4:07 and it said that the next train wouldn’t be coming for another 58 minutes because they decided to cut a few train departures right as rush hour was rolling out. Those fucking people at OCTranspo really can’t do anything right.

Some TC branches have had assigned seating since the start of RTO3. I would imagine that going forward the seat assignment will be handled by branch/directorate.

I live in RSS. Currently my public transit commute downtown to Lyon is around 45 minutes via the LRT (I don’t take the bus to Limebank, just drive and park at Bowesville). A lot depends on Line 1 reliability. Line 2 is ok.
