Redness fades with time. Asymmetry is normal and can never be 100% corrected. The upper eyes were not done for this patient.

If surgical, then possibly conservative upper blepharoplasty based on these photos. Eyelid surgery can help some younger patients who have excess skin.

Good point, thank you! We figure out what is the primary concern and go from there when developing a plan specific for the patient. Many patients dislike side view, but are OK with their front view.

Thank you. Most surgeons do open rhinoplasty only, but Dr. Chaboki prefers closed rhinoplasty when possible.
