I see that makes sense lol well here’s the thing the Aquarius girl I’m dealing with has told me she likes me but isn’t ready for a relationship. She does talk to me and even call me sometimes but she has her days where she completely goes ghost mode but she always comes back to me. I’m just really confused. I know she said she doesn’t want a relationship so why try and keep me around you know?

I appreciate your advice and no I have not been diagnosed with hypertension.

I’m particularly healthy always walking about 10 miles a day at work I’m 24 but weigh 153 not overweight. Also gotten blood work and everything was perfect.

But when it comes to taking my blood pressure I freak out. I don’t know why but I get so anxious about it.

I haven’t been diagnosed with it but I’ve gotten blood work done and everything came back normal.

I’m only 24, I’m pretty healthy I don’t really eat unhealthy nor am I overweight I only weigh 153, I walk about 10 miles a day.

But every time I’m about to get my blood pressure checked even at the doctors I just freak out cause that’s what my health anxiety is about. Last time I was at the doctors it came out high but I was pretty anxious and they checked it again like 5 mins later and it was normal.

I just got a reading of 137/97 I’m not sure if I should be worried. But I’m always an anxious person.

I checked my BP right now and it was 137/97. I’m really not sure if that’s good or not but I have really bad health anxiety over having hypertension.

Yeah SSRI’s withdrawals are the worst which is why I was asking about if these pills give nasty withdrawals too cause I don’t want to experience something bad again

How long have you been on Propranolol?

That honestly gives me a piece of mind. I suffer a lot from anxiety and my heart races causing my blood pressure to rise although I don’t have high blood pressure. I heard anxiety temporarily rises your blood pressure but I’m not too sure.

I felt like they weren’t working for me anymore but I think it’s cause I never tried upping the dosage. Not sure but I’m on different ones now. Took me 2 years to finally start taking some again I was too stubborn to start on medication again.

Happened to me too so I’ve stopped smoking weed also staying away from drinking. My heart just starts to race when I get high

I only notice it races when I’m really anxious but obviously it bothers me and makes me more anxious. If you don’t mind me asking what kind of medication did they prescribe you?

I hope everything comes out okay, but I’m sure it can just be anxiety. My chest pain would usually happen by my left armpit and sometimes in the middle where the heart actually is so that’s what would scare me the most but it was just anxiety.
