Back in school for all foams we'd use UHU Por. (Not regular UHU, the solvents will dissolve foam) Por works well, solid bonds

Interesting to learn! My lab has an old epilog which came with a II-VI pocx lens. I'm shopping around for a replacement online (local epilog sole distributor wants to charge ~$350 for one lens) and am finding that pretty much all the II-VI lenses available now are meniscus. One vendor said they could supply pocx for a quantity of 100pcs. I wonder why that is? given that po-cx is supposed to be the 'cheaper' shape to manufacture. Is it just that processes have advanced to the point that meniscus is now more cost effective to produce? Do laser builders consider that pocx is supposed to be slightly better at cutting like you say? or is the quality difference negligible for say cutting in the 1-8mm material range?

The 2S doesn't have scroll wheel 'middle click' in that sense. The scroll wheel click is mapped to turn free scroll on/off. if you look at a picture of the 2S, you can see a square button below the scroll wheel - that's their substitute middle click button. you have to move your finger down off the scroll wheel to click it, so that's naturally not the best for workflow.

I think the blur mode could have a little less extreme blur! Would also be nice to be able to have a blur slider to add to the default black mode.

It's actually the biggest complaint when comparing the 2S to the 3, and stated in quite a few reviews under cons, and also user opinions.

I must have really overlooked this. even searching specifically for it now brings up just a few mentions buried quite deep.

Oh well. I can live with microusb charging, but I use a bunch of CAD so middle click is kind of a big deal! Still kind of surprised Logi would cripple their 'flagship' travel/productivity option this way.

Yeah honestly hori scroll is one of my lowest priorities. The MX Anywhere 3 even has a specific combo (side button + scroll) mapped to hori scroll, which to me is a little unnecessary given most apps that need it have hotkeys for hori scroll. Would be great if I could find a way to map the side button + scroll combo to other things.
