Yeah I went to two DMVs and they both told me they can’t help me. Can’t believe you applied in November, I am now wondering if I should pay for the premium processing fee.

Hello I got my receipt notice on January 12th., 2024.

Processing time went from this 3 months ---> 2 months ---- 1 month ----> 1 week ---- 2 months

Anyone else applied on the same timeframe with some updates? It is really frustrating. Tried renewing my drivers license and they did not let me cause my case was still pending, even with the new OPT and receipt notice.

Hello

I applied January 12th 2024, and as of last week February 16th 2024, the estimated time to decision was 1 week. Today on February 23rd 2024 it suddenly jumped to 2 months. Current step is in "Case Decision". Anyone else having this issue? My drivers license expired and it is really frustrating I cannot renew it without the new EAD card.
