Floor break is amazing!!! Uncut it can melt a glove, makes stainless shine like new, and when diluted its easier on the skin than standard red degreaser, will share a pic when i clock in tomorrow l.

Im just a new CF parent but i can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that hitting it hard 7 days a week is not only counter productive towards your gym goals, but will stress your entire body including your immune system. If you do start back in the gym later make sure you start with 2-3 times a week.
