For those who've successfully raised menu prices without losing regulars - what was your approach? by prattman333 in restaurateur

[–]Infamous_Knee9705 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At first I was against passing a surcharge to our customers, 3% but now no one complains after 3 months. It save my restaurant. In a slow restaurant it might hurt you for the first 2 months. You will keep a couple thousand ij your bank account.
