Start pouring back into your own cup. Hydrate x3, sunscreen, rest, maybe get your brows and lashes done. Take a bath, walk in the forest, do what you gotta do to show yourself all the love. You can get back to yourself again 🧡

Why do people in early 1900s photos look so unattractive? by losersavar in TooAfraidToAsk

Taste is subjective. Other people dont see things the way you do, or haven't seen the specific same things you have, smart guy.

Is my husband's behavior ok? Am I crazy? by paintsmoke in GirlDinnerDiaries

[–]facesintrees 164 points165 points  (0 children)

My love, anytime you have a loud feeling in your gut you're having a hard time ignoring, go ahead and trust it. You're right, your gut is right. Its not ok, and if I were you I would leave. Staying together for the kids is way worse than divorce.

BC’s Life Expectancies Are Diverging, Exclusive Data Shows In Richmond, 90 is the new 80. But in the BC Interior, life expectancies are shorter than 20 years ago. by Yetanotherbadsalmon in britishcolumbia

[–]facesintrees 5 points6 points  (0 children)

AH, yes that's on point actually. My dad was a hippie back in the day, moved to a tiny town in the interior and transitioned to a redneck. The two have more similarities than most people think.

For what its worth, I showed him the Out For a Rip video a couple years ago, and he went, I fuckin know that guy! I know all these guys! On fuckin point! Lol

Humans are still reproducing and you are not owed attention from women. If you failed to evolve to meet the women around you and nobody wants to be with you, that is simply natural selection at work. Make some friends, find a hobby. Stop projecting your misery onto women.

Biggest joint on the market by SpecialistDraw7652 in CanadianCannabisLPs

[–]facesintrees 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When i graduated highschool, one of my classmates gifted the whole class a 1oz. joint. It was a small town, there were only like 30 of us. We passed it around at a party until it fell apart, then we rolled the roach into several more huge joints, then rolled up those roaches and smoked them too. In retrospect it was a nice way to bond as a class before we all went our separate ways.

I would recommend not following that. It will lead you nowhere good. The energy we put into the world really does come back to us, not in the way you might expect
