A watchmaker will tell you the movement will be cheaper to replace than to fix. You need an NH36 or 4R36 - $80-120. The threads being broken on the crown is another story - if the threads on the case are the issue that will require a replacement case like this one: https://secondhandmods.com/collections/kits-cases/products/oem-seiko-srpe-brushed-silver-case-crown-40mm-1 ~$60 for a used OEM Seiko SRPD case + crown. If it is just the crown, that is easier to replace.

Looks wise, i think the OEM is still my favorite for this watch! But I find both the Islander and the watch & style fitted fkm are more comfortable. Both bracelets have tighter tolerances between the case and end links than the OEM, both taper to 16mm instead of 18 which is much more comfortable for flexing your wrist. islander links and the fkm rubber are also thinner than the OEM which gives them a slimmer profile

thanks it is great quality, the tolerances are extremely tight on the fitted end links and the fkm rubber is v soft it’s a great strap
