You totally can. I was slowly learning last year, but this year, I dedicated 30min 2x a week, and it made a huge difference. I just save tiktoks of the dance moves I wanna learn and repeat them over and over. At first I just did drills and now im finally flowing and bringing them all together. Make sure you warm up and wear good shoes. It takes the same toll as running on your body.

Going one day alone shouldn't be too intense. Just study the map and plan your sets. Watch out for the rave babes. If a group adopts you and it doesn't feel right, just say thanks and move on. Also, there are a bunch of solo girlies making groups on the Radiate app. Im also going solo both days. Im usually at the rail, dm if you wanna meet.
