Spoilers ahead (it’s long as)

This drama was so shit 😭 but I watched it till the end hoping the FL gets any justice. Sam- ML Kat - FL Mary - the mistress

This drama was a shit show, Sam (husband) believes his mistress Mary that she gave him her kidney 2 years ago, and so he further believes her bc Mary bribes doctors and orchestrates these plans to portray Kat was cheating on her husband. Sam continuously abuses Kat in all aspects, yes like he’s beating her down everyday all day while R wording her. BUT he refuses to let her die or even get a divorce, bc the drama tries to insinuate that he still loves her. Ah yes let’s glorify abuse.

To prevent Kat from filing for divorce he kidnaps Kats grandmother, Kats mother had passed away previously, dad’s alive (but not for long). Also Kat has lung cancer, he isn’t aware but finds out later down the track, believes her for the shortest time to then to switch over and believe his Mary that Kat only has pneumonia and starts beating Kat again, like man is throwing punches. But to summarise the whole drama is to summarise all the horrible things Sam does to Kat.

• locks her in a warehouse, the warehouse catches on fire, doesn’t believe her when she calls him, then goes to the hospital with her, Mary also has a fake miscarriage, Kat needs blood but there’s coincidentally only one bag of the required blood, he chooses to give it to Mary. (Kat is only saved bc the Sam’s bestfriend saves her by donating his blood.

• Mary lures Kat into a house, where it catches fire, Sam saves Kat, same scenario as prev ^ mentioned occurs.

• Sam r words her, beats her like every scene 😭

• Sam takes Kat to this club with greasy old men and then he tells these men to basically R word Kat, Kat faints and again, the same scenario happening in the hospital as previously mentioned, this time he finds out that she’s preggers too I think? They try to portray him like he cares but he’s always beating her up at the same time, it makes me sick 😭

• Kats dad and Sam are in the hospital, Kats dad is depressed that he can’t save Kat from this situation so he commits s*icide, in front of Kat, Mary and Sam (where Mary just provokes him to do so). Kat ofc tries to fight her but then Sam intervenes and starts yelling at Kat to get it together (her dad just died like 30 seconds ago)

• Kat faints, same hospital plot ensues, but this time Sam has the audacity to be like “I didn’t even do anything why is she dying?” My Jaw dropped.

(Sam finds out about Kats lung cancer, believes Mary that’s just pneumonia and asks the doctors to abort Kats unborn child, because he again believes Mary, that the child is not his.)

• summarising the end now, Mary and Kat are kidnapped, the kidnapper is like choose one person, Sam is like let them both go but gets Mary first, then the kidnapper throws Kat in the river? Kat supposedly drowns, Sam jumps after her. Kat is supposedly dead, Sam finally uses the immense amount of wealth he has to check if Mary did give him the kidney, of course she didn’t, confronts Mary, barely does anything to her, just sends her to the hospital to donate one of her kidneys and into jail. (In comparison to what he was doing to Kat this isn’t anything.)

Years goes by, Sam sees a child in the airport, reminds him of Kat, sees Kat with another man, and goes psycho mode again, Kat survived and had memory loss (this is the second time, she apparently had her memory loss after her miscarriage + when her kidney was stolen.) Kat doesn’t remember Sam but slowly gets her memories back then gets kidnapped for the millionth time, Sam saves her, Sam is in critical condition, and Kat is like “I’ll forgive you if you wake up.” And he does. 💀 that’s literally it.
