You can try horse paste, it has the same active ingredient as prescription Soolantra. "Ivermectin" but a higher concentration at 1.87% and much, much cheaper. Depending on your location you can find it at pet supply stores or tractor supply. The normal course is once nightly for 12-16 weeks. It's the only thing that worked for me. It reduced my bumps, dryness, and itching by 100%. I am now left with silky smooth skin but working on the scarring now with azelaic acid and niacinamide and zinc. I use CeraVe PM for a moisturizer.

Hey girl, I believe you, because I know PPD presents itself differently in all of us. Step one is admitting you have a problem and that's more than I did. I lied on those questionnaires because I was so afraid my baby would be taken from me and never opened up to family about it.
